* 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
* Handful of kale stalks with leaves
* Broccoli stalk
* 1 lemon
* Add water to taste
To further clarify the blood you can add parsley. And to add more sweet taste, add a ripe pear. For more salty, add a few stalks of celery.
If you are using a Vitamix or high powered blender, you will need to strain this through a sieve and cheesecloth. Otherwise use a juice extractor, I prefer a low speed juicer that compresses the cell walls and extracts the pulp.
Now that’s my idea of a beer!
