Mandalas are a visible representation of the patterns that shape our lives. From nature to our deepest relationships, these patterns govern our thoughts, moods, and behavior. They can propel us into success and also lead us to sabotaging our deepest heart-felt dreams.

Join us as we come together in sacred circle format to become aware of the rich tapestry of your life in seen and unseen form. Transform invisible and visible obstacles to heart centered action. We will draw mandalas to represent past, present and future forms, use yoga and integrative movement, and draw upon meditation and breathing techniques to bring forth transformation and action.

You will receive

  • awareness of the patterns that take precedence in your life
  • tools to “redraw” the patterns
  • guidance and support to take the steps in alignment with your body, heart, and mind.

Skype class: September 8, 15, 22, and 29  US east coast time: 230 pm – 430 pm,  London 1930-2130 or Rome time (UTC+2) 2030-2230 p.m.

Cost: $300  (If you register with another, $50 off for each of you)

Preparation: It is recommended that an individual session is scheduled with me before hand. If you do so, an additional $50 will be taken off your tuition for the class. Please email me, Rita, if you have any questions.
